Before anything else, a request from both of us: don't send photos of your face, and leave out medications, diagnoses and the rest of your health history. We share this inbox, and neither of us wants to be holding that.

What we'd love instead is the kind of thing we used to trade on the stairs. Tell us where a page got the order of things wrong, where a timeline didn't match what happened to you, or which question you wish we'd added to a list. If you think one of us has the better side of an argument on a page, say so. It settles things.

We're two neighbours who kept notes, and that's all this journal is. Nobody here can give you medical advice, say whether a treatment fits you, or book, move or cancel anything with a practice. If you're having a reaction you don't like the look of, call whoever treated you, and if it's severe or spreading, go to urgent care now rather than waiting on us.
